I'm Alamsyah Koto Hanza, a senior data scientist with 10+ years of experience in machine learning, data analysis and AI-driven decision-making. I build data pipelines, design experiments and run advanced analytics, mostly in retail and logistics, to improve key metrics, streamline operations and save costs. I lead cross-functional teams and give back to the data science community through forums and conferences.
